Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 22, 2020
Last Updated: April 1, 2024

NTA Travel℠ (“NTA Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1350 E Flamingo Rd #65, Las Vegas, NV 89119, is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our website at nta.travel or submitting any form on our site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you are an EU/EEA/UK resident, please also review our GDPR Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form, sign up for our newsletter, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name and job title, travel preferences and dates, event details and budget information, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect certain information automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies operated by WordPress.com/Jetpack.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries and provide travel services, send newsletters and promotional offers where you have opted in, improve our website and services, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines) only to the extent necessary to arrange services you have requested — these suppliers act as service providers and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing. We also share with website service providers (WordPress.com/Automattic), legal and regulatory authorities where required by law, and in connection with a business transfer.

4. Data Retention

Enquiry and form data is typically retained for three (3) years. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@nta.travel.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies (required for the site to function), analytics cookies (Jetpack/WordPress.com), and functional cookies (preferences). You can manage cookies through your browser settings. For details on WordPress.com/Jetpack cookies, visit automattic.com/cookies.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

Applicability note: The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), applies to for-profit businesses that meet at least one of the following thresholds: (a) annual gross revenue exceeding $25 million; (b) annually buying, selling, receiving, or sharing the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households; or (c) deriving 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing consumers’ personal information. If NTA Travel℠ meets any of these thresholds, the rights and disclosures in this section are legally required. Even if the thresholds do not currently apply, we voluntarily extend these rights as a matter of good practice and to prepare for potential future applicability.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories from consumers:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, IP address
  • Professional or employment-related information — company name, job title (business travel enquiries)
  • Commercial information — travel preferences, booking details, budget information
  • Internet or network activity information — browsing behavior on our website, cookie data

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health data, or biometric information).

Sources of Collection

We collect personal information directly from you (via forms, phone, and email), automatically from your device and browser when you visit our site, and from travel suppliers in connection with bookings you have requested.

Business Purposes for Collection

Providing and improving travel services, responding to enquiries, sending marketing communications (with consent), fraud prevention, security, auditing, and legal compliance.

Categories of Third Parties With Whom We Share Information

Travel suppliers (as service providers), website infrastructure providers (as service providers), and legal or regulatory authorities (as required by law). We do not share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

NTA Travel℠ does not sell your personal information, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sharing data with travel suppliers to fulfil a booking you have requested constitutes a service provider relationship under CCPA/CPRA and does not constitute a “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are legally defined. Because we do not sell or share, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out link is required at this time. If our practices change, we will update this policy accordingly.
